What We Do:

Taking the re-structuring of occupational pension schemes as an example, we would:

1. Undertake an initial 'generic' review of your current pension arrangements to identify what can be changed and what those changes might achieve,

2. If your Board wished to proceed then we would undertake a detailed review that more fully explored the options for change and their associated benefits. As part of our report, we would provide an estimate of delivery time scales and costs. The report would cover all aspects of the proposed change and include:

a. Employment and Pensions Law issues, b. Actuarial considerations, c. P&L and balance sheet considerations, d. HR, ER and Payroll implications, and; e. Employee communications.

3. If our proposals were accepted then we would define, set-up and manage a 'seamless' project to deliver the chosen solutions on budget and on time!
